How do I pay?
The soul is priceless, but to attach a piece of it to a gift requires a magic formula. Payments for this can be made as follows:
- Cash on delivery: If you choose to pay cash on delivery, you will pay the value of the order directly to the courier, upon delivery.
- By card: When you choose to pay by card, the order is confirmed when the order amount is deducted from the card
- By bank transfer: When you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will need a confirmation from the bank at the email address info@anyoli.ro and then we can send you the order.
Order processing
How long does the gift wait to receive its soul piece and set off for the world? 1-2 business days. We process the soul gifts in our factory during normal business hours – Monday to Friday, from 9:30 to 17:00 – without any abuse of magic and ensuring that they have the perfect amount of soul.
And if there are cases, days, periods when we will not be able to make deliveries, then don't worry, we have Facebook, Instagram and a website where we will announce the news.
Delivery
A gift with a soul goes anywhere in the world.
On the territory of Romania, FanCourier is the wind-in-the-wings helper, and overseas, DHL is responsible for adjusting sails and shortening distances.
Fun fact - because we are professional gift givers - shipping in Romania is free, and all products shipped internationally are insured. In the country, your heartfelt gift reaches the recipient in 1-2 business days from the order processing. And, if it crosses borders, then the joy has time to grow just like a leavened cake, from 5 to 7 business days from the order processing date. That is, the international delivery period is between 5 and 7 business days, from the order processing date.
And if the destination is one of the countries that are not part of the European Union, a tax specific to that country will have to be paid.
Exchange and return conditions
We believe that the only time you want to return a gift with a soul is when it doesn't have a soul - which is not the case with Anyoli. Plus, we can honestly say that we believe so much in the power of our jewelry that we wish there were no returns.
How long do the products have a warranty?
The metal part and the stone of the jewelry have a 12-month warranty, and the technology that makes the magic inside the jewelry possible has a warranty of 100,000 scans or more precisely...for life.
However, in the event that this happens, the return or replacement can be made within 30 calendar days. You will need the gift guarantee and the payment order that proves the purchase. What you can request:
- exchanging the product for another product of equal or greater value.
- exchange of the product for a voucher of equivalent amount.
- refund (which is carried out within a maximum of 7 working days).
Please keep these aspects in mind when you want to make a return:
- the warranty offered does not cover the precious or semi-precious stones that are part of the jewelry.
- if you notice any problems with the product, within a maximum of 48 hours, you can request the return of the product. The product must be sent in its original packaging, together with the original documents of the respective transaction. In this case, we can replace it with an identical or similar one. If, unfortunately, it has signs of wear or damage, we will not be able to do anything.
Maintenance and upkeep
We recommend:
- Do not wear jewelry during household activities.;Do not wear jewelry during physical activities/massage.;Avoid contact with chemicals
- as they may erode the metal.;Precious metal may lose its shine over time if it comes into frequent contact with agents such as perfume
- salt water
- skin creams
- hairsprays
- chlorine or sulfur.;The warranty offered does not cover damage caused to the jewelry due to failure to follow the instructions mentioned in the certificate
- accidents
- negligence
- improper use of it or other factors unrelated to defects in material or workmanship.
Repairs and refurbishments
Unfortunately, if it is not a manufacturing defect, you will have to bear the cost of the intervention on the jewelry. Manufacturing defects mean: broken pendants, loose rings or bracelets, fallen stones, mechanical deformations.
For defects that cannot be covered by our warranty (such as: scratches, excessive or inappropriate wear, broken chain, jewelry discoloration), repairs have an additional cost, depending on the complexity and type of repairs.
