2. What guarantee does Anyoli jewelry have?

The warranty granted to both the jewelry and the technology inside it is 2 years.

Like any other electronic device, it has a lifespan, but we recommend that you wear it with care to extend its lifespan. Avoid exposing the jewelry to the sun for a long time, also it should not be hit or broken, it should not have contact with water and you should not try to remove the stone to use it in another piece of jewelry.

If the internal system malfunctions during the warranty period, we can help you repair or replace the jewelry, and if the jewelry malfunctions after the warranty period has ended, we can help you repair or replace it for a fee.

3. Are only the pendants implemented with this technology?

The entire Anyoli collection is innovative. Thus, all our products have implemented this technology, so that you can spread pure emotion and love with their help.

4. What is the maximum size that the video inside the jewelry can be?

The maximum video size is 50MB, but if you would like a larger video, please leave us a message and we will help you.

5. If I purchase multiple pieces of jewelry, will they all have the same video or can I customize each one?

Each piece of jewelry, whether we are talking about different pieces of jewelry or the same kind, can be personalized differently.

6. Is there a jewelry range for children as well?

Children are emotions in a child's body. We have a special range of products for them.

7. Is there a chance that the jewelry system will be damaged upon contact with water?

The technology inside the jewelry is waterproof, but we do not recommend wearing them in contact with water due to corrosive substances that can damage the jewelry.

We recommend:

  • Avoid contact with chemicals, as they may erode the metal.

8. How do I know that my order has been received?

Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You will be kept informed of the status of your order at all times.

9. Can I cancel the order?

We accept without any hindrance the cancellation of the order until it has been processed by our team, and the order status appears in your account as "In processing". Once the order is in processing, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the product after you receive it.
